This specialty class is centered around high intensity functional training.  The movements used are not complex and weight is used in every class. The sessions are programmed to increase primarily aerobic and muscular endurance while building strength. Exercises include box jumps, rope lean-backs, plank hops, Olympic-style lifts, and rowing, just to name a few. This program will increase your aerobic and anaerobic endurance levels. Ideal for those looking for a little extra in their workout routine.

EFX is a specialty class; rates and options are available at the front desk.


Exercises include, but are not limited to:

  • Rope climb

  • Dead lifts

  • Jump pull-ups

  • Box jumps

  • Kettlebells

  • Indoor Rows

  • Pull Ups

  • Push Ups

  • Overhead lifts

  • And a variety of other explosive movements!

EFX, or EveryDay Fitness Xtreme Training is a mixture of high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, calisthenics, and some traditional cardio. It has a little something for everyone. The classes are programmed to increase primarily aerobic and muscular endurance. The classes are fairly high intensity, competitive, fun and easily modifiable!
