Month to Month Option
Month to month memberships have no contracts or cancellation fees. You are billed monthly via Electronic Funds Transfer.

Offers you an affordable monthly rate and is paid via Electronic Funds Transfer.

Insurance Covered Plans
SilverSneakers® is the nation’s leading exercise program designed exclusively for older adults. Included as a benefit with Medicare health plans nationwide, SilverSneakers helps seniors improve their health and stay independent. Eligible health plan members need only show their SilverSneakers member ID number or card to access participating locations. LEARN MORE
Prime® Fitness is offered through select health plans and employer groups to the 18+ age group. Prime helps remove common barriers to physical activity – inconvenient locations, cost, lack of accountability, and motivating support – through convenient access to the nationwide Prime Network and opportunities to meet other members who share their interest in a healthy lifestyle. Prime membership includes access to amenities and any group exercise classes included in a basic membership. LEARN MORE
This program is offered to certain individual policy plan holders of a UnitedHealthcare Medicare Plan. Each UnitedHealthcare Medicare Program member will need to present their unique Confirmation Code to prove eligibility status and enroll in the program at our facility. LEARN MORE
- Renew Active members will receive access to the fitness facility at no cost and the facility will waive any enrollment fees.
- This includes programs, services, and/or classes that would normally be included in the scope of your standard membership plan.
Silver&Fit is a fitness program designed specifically for older adults. You may get access to Silver&Fit as a Medicare beneficiary through many insurance companies’ Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans. Program members can join a participating exercise center as well as use home fitness kits and stay fit kits. The program also includes daily live Facebook workouts, Signature Class Videos and over 250 on-demand exercise classes. The cost of the program depends on which health plan you have. Many Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement plans include Silver and Fit for free, so you can attend fitness centers for no additional cost. Other plans may require you to pay an annual fee to enroll in Silver and Fit—perhaps as high as $50. If this is the case, you'll pay the fee directly to Silver and Fit. LEARN MORE
Active&Fit Direct program includes a fitness program membership for just $25/month with a $25 enrollment fee, plus any applicable taxes. Choose from 11,000+ fitness centers participating in the Active&Fit Direct network nationwide, and you can switch fitness centers anytime. The Active&Fit Direct program is offered through hundreds of organizations including employer groups, associations, insurance companies, health plans, and others.
