GROUP FITNESS

HIIT-Style Camp.

Next Camp: June 13th - July 20th, 2023    TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS 7:00AM - 8:00AM
FIIT Happens is our boot camp designed around the High Intensity Interval Training programming.  Workouts consists of short periods of intense exercise that get your heart rate up quickly between intervals of less intense exercise or complete rest.  You can expect to use dumbbells, kettlebells and weighted balls and sand bells.  There will be a variety of cardio that will include the use of rowers, air bikes, jumping jacks, etc.  We will also incorporate exercises that utilize one's own body weight, including calf raises, planks, squats and more.  This is a total body workout, it's efficient and will increase your overall strength and cardiovascular endurance.   Co-Ed Camp. Moderate fitness level suggested.
