We offer a variety of Group Fitness options to suit clients of every fitness level and age. Our Trainers are enthusiastic, professional and are invested in guiding their clients to achieve the results they desire. Class sizes are maintained at a level that allows for safe and effective instruction, so that injuries are prevented, and proper technique is followed. Currently, we offer start-end Boot Camps as well as a couple on-going, regularly scheduled classes, such as More Kettlebell and Stretch it Out.

We have designed our Boot Camps to accommodate a variety of schedules, goals, abilities and comfort levels.  Feel more comfortable in a women-only class, we have that too! Clients as young as 10 years old may also participate, along with their parent/guardian.
