PERSONAL BIO:

Born and raised in Southern California, graduated with Honors at Norco High School in 1994. Lawrence started competing in Bodybuilding at the age of 18, right out of high school. All shows that he competed in were NPC affiliated and he was Nationally Qualified 6 years consecutively.

PROFESSIONAL BIO:

Lawrence got his start in the nutrition industry working at GNC at 18 and continued to work for them for 9 Years (1994-2003). He worked as a Certified Personal Trainer for over 9 years (1999-2009) and worked for LA Fitness for 8 years as both General Manger and Fitness Director (2003-2011).  He owned his own nutrition store (Max Muscle) for 5 years (2011-2015).  Lawrence was also an Independent Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist for 6 years (2011-Current).

My pledge, I have dedicated my entire adult life to helping other people reach their fitness goals. Educating and encouraging my clients is my ongoing passion that allows me to not only work in a field that I truly love but, also one that I have a distinct affinity for and with my ongoing education and experience I will continue to give my clients nothing less than 100% of what I can in aiding them in their journey. With over 21 years in this industry I believe I bring a very personal and relatable approach that stretches from a day 1 beginner to a hard core athlete at a very high level. It would be my honor and pleasure to assist you in your journey, remember that in fitness and nutrition that these are both applicable sciences.
