As a Certified Muscle Therapist and Personal Trainer, I offer health & fitness choices customized to the needs of each individual client, with a focus on strengthening the body’s core and stabilization muscles while exercising.

I accept physician referrals for therapeutic exercise to lower pain, reduce stress, and rehabilitate injuries, including pre or post-operative exercise care.

My mission is to develop strength using controlled movements to emphasize proper body alignment and improve functional capacity.  Strengthening the body’s core contributes to better balance, coordination and body posture to meet the demands of everyday life outside of the gym.  Positive results are seen and felt quickly.
