Justin has been interested in fitness for as long as he can remember.  Starting with playing sports in his youth to competing in bodybuilding contests in the physique division as an adult.  Fitness and maintaining an active lifestyle are his passion.  Leading a healthy, active and fit lifestyle is what he considers fun; these factors have always been his primary motivation in his life.

Knowing how to make fitness fun is what Justin does best.  By studying a multitude of disciplines, Justin is able to guide his clients in reaching their goals and even surpassing them!  Justin encourages his clients to try new things in the and out of the gym, keep things interesting, in order to grow and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Justin is trained in designing resistance training programs, HIIT training, mud run preparation, TRX training, group fitness training, and competitive bodybuilding.
