This specialty class is centered around high intensity functional training.

Spinning takes place on a stationary bike where you set your own level of intensity.  It is designed to increase your aerobic capacity.

We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.

You will TORCH FAT in this fun and challenging class, combining cardio and body conditioning using your own body weight, free weights and cardio to shape your entire body!

Cycle Core 101

Cycle Core 101

Cycle Core 101 is a high energy indoor cycling/core class will focus on stamina and strength. The first 30 minutes will be a high energy and strength building ride followed by a 30 minute core workout which will include abdominal and arm definition.

This 90 Day Fitness Challenge will be structured around weightlifting, full body movements combined with high intensity cardio. You will be instructed on all the lifts and movements so they can be properly executed. Weights, Kettle bells, sand bags, sleds, machines and body weight will be incorporated in all classes.  All exercises can be modified to suit each individual as needed.

Fitness Club in Redding, CA

Our gym is by far the most equipped and complete fitness environment in the Redding Area. We provide an array of cardio & free weights, an expansive functional training area complete with Olympic weight lifting bars, rubber weights, sleds, rings and rowers.  We have plenty of pin-loaded weight machines, a spacious group fitness room, upstairs & downstairs lounges, kids club, tanning, a complete supplement shop, massage studio, nutritional therapy & locker rooms with clean showers and well maintained bathrooms.  We offer many services to help you achieve the results you’re after whether that’s to maintain good health or train for a fitness competition; we can assist you with nutrition services, weight loss camps, competition prep services and much more!
