Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.

Metcon
You will TORCH FAT in this fun and challenging class, combining cardio and body conditioning using your own body weight, free weights and cardio to shape your entire body!

Cycle Core 101
Cycle Core 101 is a high energy indoor cycling/core class will focus on stamina and strength. The first 30 minutes will be a high energy and strength building ride followed by a 30 minute core workout which will include abdominal and arm definition.

Women With Weights
This 90 Day Fitness Challenge will be structured around weightlifting, full body movements combined with high intensity cardio. You will be instructed on all the lifts and movements so they can be properly executed. Weights, Kettle bells, sand bags, sleds, machines and body weight will be incorporated in all classes. All exercises can be modified to suit each individual as needed.
