The focus of this class is on the Deltoids/Shoulders and the Buntoids/Gluteus Maximus.  The instructor will incorporate strength training along with basic anatomy and kinesiology, proprioception awareness and postural integration.  The goal is to improve core strength, joint stability, range of motion, athletic performance and everyday life!  The class will utilize some of the machines, free weights and cables/bands.  Learn the function of the tri-angle shaped muscles of the upper and lower body and how they stabilize the torso and rotate our arm and legs.  The objective of this class is to understand the importance of things like: use vs exercise, stretching vs contraction & extension and cardiovascular conditioning vs strength training.  Strength plus Endurance equals Power!
