Supersetting Hypertrophy

Combining two exercises together to maximize muscle growth and endurance while teaching you a variety of ways to combine exercises to save time in the gym.

What is a Superset?

A superset is when you do two exercises back to back with little to no rest between them. Supersets are an ideal workout format for hypertrophy as Supersets assist the biological & hormonal environment needed for building muscle.

What is Hypertrophy?

Hypertrophy is, by definition, the enlargement of an organ or tissue from the increase in size of its cells. Not to be confused with hyperplasia, the process of increasing the number of cells, hypertrophy is the process of increasing the size of the cells that are already there.
