3-Month Program

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6:00 - 7:00 PM

$350 for 3-Month Program + Full Gym Access

This 90 Day Fitness Challenge will be structured around weightlifting, full body movements combined with high intensity cardio. You will be instructed on all the lifts and movements so they can be properly executed. Weights, Kettle bells, sand bags, sleds, machines and body weight will be incorporated in all classes.  All exercises can be modified to suit each individual as needed. Receive small group training twice per week.  Smaller classes allow more of your instructor’s supervision and guidance and being a women’s only setting helps build a support system and more comfortable environment for some.

Utilize your full access membership to EveryDay Fitness during the length of the boot camp; then receive discounted membership rates when you choose to join after you have completed the camp!

Three Pillars is a class designed to help you unlock your potential by integrating your visual, vestibular, and proprioceptive systems. You may not know what that is, and that's ok. You'll learn why they're so important, and learn how to train them.

Long story short, they play a major role in pain, posture, and performance. You will learn drills to help you get out of pain and perform at your best everyday, and you will have the structure to maintain and build on your current level of health and fitness.

Why is this important for you? Everyone is an athlete! Movement is the currency of life itself, and everyone has to move to live their life. You have to move to compete in the marketplace, to take care of your kids, and even just simply to survive!

A Little History Lesson About the Fourth of July

A little history lesson on independence day in the u.s.


On July 4th, 1776, the Continental Congress formally adopted the Declaration of Independence. This historical document marked the birthdate of American independence from Britain.

A little known fact about the Fourth of July, is that the actual vote for independence took place on July 2nd, two days earlier. The vote was near unanimous. Nonetheless, July 4th has continued to be celebrated as the birthday of American independence.

Another fun fact about this day, is that John Adams and Thomas Jefferson - two important signers of the Declaration and both future Presidents - died on July 4th, 1826, 50 years after the signing of the Declaration! Wow.

Why not celebrate this day? Get out on the lake, grill some burgers and hotdogs, and chill with the family, ending the day by watching the fireworks show at night!

The next day, make sure you hit the gym to work off those extra calories gained from the day's festivities!
